I had been associated with MI&T since 2013 I had to use my own testing supplies for the first year to which they had stated that they would pay me for which they never did They also stated that they would pay for 30% of total + milage of $10 for under 10 miles and $ 30 for any over 10 and $50 for any over 20 I have invoice showing the breakdown they only paid when I threatened and never the full amount as per agreement
I have tryed to get debt collectors after the company and they offered a settelment of less than 20% of what they owed which is in the thousands They are not honorable at all I have tried to work with them to solve the issues but they in turn said I actually owed them now that took guts I proved by my paperwork jobs worked and mileage traveled Bottom line do not trust what they offer

Hello, I am in the process of filing with small claims court here in Colorado, where I was performing mold inspections for MI&T. I am currently owed $1,281.00 from the company. They have also threatened to deduct pay for my honest reviews. My goal is to take Adam Hamdin-Pacha and his business partner Eric Rajchel to court to settle.
Im interested if you still have any documentation proving there funds they withheld or possibly any of the communication that when on between you two, just to portray their "professionalism". I to was being jerked around on mileage and job fee's.
I was working for them for 6 months and became pregnant, this wasn't a good enough excuse for me to quit apparently. Any information you have to share would be helpful in building my case against them. So sorry to hear they ripped you off too. God bless, Ali J.
