 I was recently struck by a whim to replace my existing tableware set with something unusual. So I choose to get some glazing silver crockery online that would compliment my lifestyle. While surfing through different websites, I came across Molly’s Custom Silver Crockery. The company looked quite promising in UK but later turned out to be quite a disappointment. Firstly, I felt that their promise of ‘quick customization’ does not really materialize. I wanted a set of crockery made of well-polished silver with fine designs that would have an elegant touch.

They agreed to my specifications and asked for a period of 60 days. That was understandable. However, no one from the company reverted back until I called them 2 days before the stipulated time to know the progress. 60 days got stretched to another extra week which made me doubt their professionalism. After a long wait, I finally got the crockery delivered at a whopping amount of 3500- a grand more than what was told earlier! The worst part is that the crockery was a far cry from what I actually wanted. They have made an outmoded set that would never compliment my dining table.

They lacked proper finishing and were on the fringe of elegance. In short, they looked disgusting. This somehow dismayed me and incited me to give the company a feedback as to their service. In my email, I specially mentioned about their unprofessional service with regard to payment and delivery. The quality of the product was far from sophistication and they looked very classless on dining tables. Their promise of superior quality and professional service seemed worthless and deceptive. When told about the inconformity with my specifications, their refusal to replace or even improve it baffled me.

If there is any unprofessional and inefficient company operating online, then it has to be this company. I feel I wasted a good sum of money on something worthless and could have bought something better instead. Silver crockery should reflect skilled craftsmanship, sophistication and perfection which were completely lacking in what I got. It seemed terribly disappointing to me and I finally had to put it back into its package and keep it. In short, Molly’s Custom Silver Crockery has given me a detestable buying experience with its incompetent approach and unprofessional services. I personally wouldn’t suggest anyone to order any crockery from the company- not because lot money is involved but because it is a complete waste.
