Leased a couple of different credit card processing machines from these people. The lease is for 4 yrs and by the time the lease is up a $300 machine will end up costing my business $3600. Not only that but the previous machine was tacked on to this lease. I was told it is reprogrammable and everyone that I have spoken with says it is not reprogrammable. Even if I turn the machine in now I am liable for the remainder or the lease, and then at the end of the lease I have to (A) return this machine that cost $3600 out of my pocket back to them, or (B) pay an additional $360 to keep it. What a ripoff this is. I hope everyone reads this before deciding to lease anything from anywhere. I can't believe the US District attorney's Office is not aware of this type of theft and deception.

Your company was called numerous times and a resolution was attempted to be reached. However, if your company does not see it as a problem then you will not do anything to resolve the issue. If after several phone calls to your company an issue refuses to be dealt with, what does one do? Your customer service is substandard at best and at times non-existent.
