Studying for the CHPN Exams are tough. When i searched the Internet for Study Guides I came across Mometrix, LLC promising a study guide that could make the CHPN test easy and passable. i ordered this study guide which was over 48.00. I waited 6 weeks for the guide and finally called to find out why it had not been sent.
The company told me it had been sent out 3 days later on 5-23-12, I explained that it was never received. She then stated to me she could supply me with an online copy. I then explained that i do not always have access to a computer and would like the book as i ordered.
Needless to say, they never sent the hard copy and never sent an online copy either. So i just wasted 48.00. Since then I have tried to contact them to get the hard copy and they have ignored all my e-mails and phone calls. How can i get what I paid for? My test is in November 2012. This is ridiculous !! I guess the better business bureau will be my next step.
