Monaco Financial Services & Consultants Sent me a letter claiming that I am the lucky winner of unclaimed prize money. Eden Prairie Minnesota

We are pleased to inform you through this letter that our network shows you as the lucky winner of an unclaimed prize money in the amount of Fiftyseven Thousand Dollars(57,000.00) in United States Funds. The system indicates I was randomly selected through a computerized ballot system as a winner for SECOND QUARTER of 2008 Sweepstakes draw. They sent me a check in the amount of $3,995.75 which covers both the administrative taxes and Clearance fees of your winnings. I was instructed to call a Cindy Tucker at 1-514-692-8013 and my winnings must be claimed not later than November 12 2008 to claim my winning but when I called the voice mail was full.

I am assuming this is a scam but I'm not sure? It gives me a reference claim # that I am supposed to keep secret until my claim is processed and funds are remitted. Sally Nelson is listed as the Claim specialist who signed the letter but no phone number is given for her. I noticed someone else received a similar letter and is listed on your website so I figure it could possible be a scam since I have never won anything.
