Monarch Dental Lake Worth Tx what a scam Ft Worth Texas

monarch dental is scam. they kept us waiting 2 hrs for routine cleaning after xray-we knew there was nothing special as we have cleaning 2x yrly for yrs. they insisted they could not perform cleaning until dentist approved type-re more expensive cleaning which we did not need. They kept making excuses-this guy was drilling and filling 5 mi here 5 min there all over ofc-we never saw him. I did research later and found out this is how they do-they try to upsell beyond what ins will pay-we walked out after wasting 2 hrs there with nothing but xray-i called my ins co and informed them not to pay for the cleaning they never did. I should have researched this dump first-live and learn-at least they did not get my money. Dumb on our part to try and save on dental ins-we will be going back to better ins from now on. what a waste this bunch is. thank god i did not need any serious work.
