I was treated by Monarch Med Spa about 5 years ago for laser hair removal on my back, shoulders, arms, and neck. I spent over $5,000 on this treatment to "permanently" remove my unwanted hair.
After doubling the amount of recommended treatments and still not seeing any results, I asked for my money back. I was told that they wouldn't refund my money but they did offer more treatments for free. Why would someone want to endure an excruciatingly painful treatment when they know it wont work.
I have tried numerous times to get my money back with no success. I now have more hair in those areas than I did when I first started this process. This company did nothing to correct the situation.
