Monarch Sudio ripoff stars in kids faces, arms cut off, didnt offer to retake pictures Temple Hills Maryland

To Whom It May Concern:

I have just received Pictures of my children from Monarch Sudios and I am not satisfied with the quality of these photos at all. They are in no way what I would have expected for the money I have paid. The one photo that was to have stars in the background; but the stars was covering my children's faces and bodies; also my children's arms were cut off in photos and centering was not done accurately. The children also look like they are sitting on top of one another in some of the photo's with two backgrounds being seen on one photo.

For the price of these photos that I recieved; I feel there should be no writing on the backs of them from the company which is seen on the back of three of the photos.

I have recently had photos done at Wal-mart and the quality of these pictures far outranks the quality I have received from there company. I would like to have something done to rectify this situation. I would like some of the other poses sent to me since these are not even the poses I had asked to have sent to me...or I would like to have a refund of the expense I have paid for the photo's.

I am keeping these photo's until something appropriate is done, If nothing is done to my satisfaction; Then I will take appropriate action that I deem necessary.

When I had gone to receive my children's photos at their studio the customer service people were rude when I was discussing things with them. Based on the quality of the customer service I have received from there company and quality of Photo's I have received from you; I would never suggest anyone to take their kids to their studio for professional pictures, unless you can rectify the problems I have encountered with their company.
