Money And More, Inc. Silver Lake Financial// Landmark LLC , Recovery Company, Attempted Fraud, Illegal Collection Practices Hemet California

My sister received a call from Silver Lakes who wanted to discuss my financial obligations with her. Considering privacy laws. nothing should have been discussed other than to seek contact information. Instead the representative attempted to get my sister to pay the debt from 07/28/2008 (current date of 08/19/2015), provided account details to her and said if the debt wasn't paid in full soon that the company would seek felony charges against me for wire fraud. My sister called me and provided me their contact information.

Considering this was the first I had heard of said debt I was taken aback at first, then became angry after I informed the Account Collection Representative that this was NOT my debt, that I had never heard of their company nor taken out any debt with their company. The representative kept reiterating that the debt was going to court where a default judgement would be placed against me and my wages garnished (which SSA Disability cannot be garnished) and that local authorities will place a felony warrant for my arrest due to the amount of the debt (even though this was not my debt but in fact fraud and debtors prisons were eliminated years ago.

Silver Lakes, acting on behalf of Money And More, Inc., is pressuring people who are being defrauded to pay debts that should be resolved with affidavits stating the accounts are attempts to defraud the client.
