I am writing to let you know that Money-Op.com is a fraud.  I was sent an email about mystery shopping and fill out the application.  It said you would get lots of money for doing this for the company.  I have done this for years for small amounts.  So I thought why not look into it.  Well, I received their package in the mail and it had a large check for $3500.00.  It said to fax in the contract (signed)  and than call their number to activate it.  I did.  However, it took me several days to get ahold of them.  That should have been the first clue.  I finally got ahold of a Shirley Brown.  She emailed a couple time saying I should have received my package by now before I was able to talk to her.  After I talked with her she said to take the check to the bank and deposit it and call her back.  Then I would get my instructions of what to do.  I took it to the bank, but I didn't deposit it.  The teller asked me if I knew the people sending the check and I told her no.  She said if the check comes back I will have a fee to pay.  So I took it home and did some research on the Internet.  Lo and behold  I found the name of the company the check was drawn on.  I called them and they asked what color the chech was.  Not their check.  It was a fake.  I got a burg. colored check and they said they had had other calls about it.  The check is a cashier's check, burg in color, payable through Wachovia Bank, Burford, Ga. for the account of KEMABA Credit Union in Indianapolis, IN.  These are all real places, but the check is no good. I did not call her back.

Later this week I received an e-mail saying that I was to test the people at Western Union.  Take $300.00 out of the check and send the rest to them by Western Union.  I was to tell them about the kind of service I got.  Well, I didn't do it.  Be careful.  When something sounds too good to be true it is!!
