money plus saver charged my checking account 19.95 per month. internet

My checking account from my credit union showed a charge on 8/23/13 and 9/24/13 for a charge each of 19.95 and I made no such charges. The credit union told me the charge showed the company as Money Plus Saver with an order number of 0543160 and another set of numbers 017392537 at the telephone number of 818-528-4502.

I called this number and only recieved a recorded message to go on the web under the name of Magic Jack. I had to chat with them on line and they new nothing of this account number or anything else.
