This is from their site, located PROMINENTLY on their home page....

By Checking the Box, You Understand & Authorize:
Money Plus Saver will electronically debit your checking account for our one-time $89 Application and Processing fee. Money Plus Saver will debit your bank account for your $19.95 monthly membership fee. Please make sure you have sufficient funds in your bank account. You may be charged an overdraft/NSF fee by your Bank. When you complete the application, and upon approval, you will be entitled to receive your Money Plus Saver Benefits. You certify that you are at least 18 years old and have read and agree to the Money Plus Saver Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and membership usage fees.

You did check that block that says you read and understand the terms....right? You can't proceed until you do. No Ripoff here, only YOUR lack of due diligence. No, I don't work for them and would never do business with them....it would be stupid.
