Money Solutions USA - Gary Conoly - Damon Purcell Liars, Cheats, Unscupulous ripoff Raleigh North Carolina

When Gary Conoly contacted me he said his company was part of the real estate program I ordered from Foreclosure World (another rip-off). He needed preliminary information to get the program going. After he had the information I was informed that no payments were refundable. Turns out they don't have solutions. Only names of companies that do.

I declined to continue until I had more information about his company. I was contacted again the same day and again I refused to sign on with his company. The following day my company bank card was charged for $287.50 which I was told was half the cost of the program. (Bank of the West does not help customers dispute charges.)

Damon Purcell is a superviser at Money Solutions USA. He promised me that I would be refunded after I faxed back the form he would fax me. Four days later I called and asked for the form to be faxed. They said they would fax it. Two days later I called again and they faxed it. I filled it out and faxed it back with a copy of their frauduelent statement of charges as directed by their email.

30 days later they don't know what I'm talking about. Customer service said the company president would contact me that day, yeh right. I am still trying but I believe I will have to take legal steps to solve this issue.

My advise to you. don't trust these people. My advise is to stay as far away from these jerks as possible.
