Moneytogo MTG FINANCIAL LLC. This company misliding and decive me and my wife when we when to file a loan o$1800.00 for transmition repair, their technique of showing a fishing paper with "the types of repayment plans" for autom Houston, Texas

They use a decive paper with a ways to pay back the loan plus interest and the fee to process the loan and the asking to singed under marker lines the documents. They never discussing the interest.  They explanig that will be 12 automatic withdraw from my bank autorization and ask to signed our  vehicle title therfore  the company become a lien holder and for any reason they do not recived payment the have the rigth to repossed your vehicle at any time (they  instal a GPS to locate your vehicle. this undestand but the ask high paiment plans in our case we ask for $1800.00 to repair our transmition. then we agree with this payments becuse we are desperad and needing blind situacion, but I read the contract very careful is a ripoff becuse the interest of the loan is 288% and $325.00 for 11 automatic withdraw and the las payment of $ 1425.00 . whish this payment never was mention or discussion during the application and signing the contract. and I try to canceled but they never respond or return the our calls. thanks to God  my vehicle is not ready and I get the whole amount to pay the Mr. Trasmition Shop whom recomend this loan company. this is abuse use a Math $1800. plus even 288% interest =$ 5184 not even a credit card charge so much, i have a contract to proved if you dont belive, this contract is not enforce becuse Mr. transmition dont finis my vehicle and I pay the whole bill or transmition repair. I dont recomend this company is better deal with a your local bank with annual interest of 29%
