Once you (so called sign up) pay for the services, you will not get your money back. There is no guarantee; there is no getting your money back. This company will change its name (DEBTSAFE, CLEARBREEZE, FINANCIAL PROTECTION CENTER, MONEYWORKS, AMERICARE and they are about to change it again) and you won't even know where to start to look.

If you are one of the lucky few to hear the words " YOU HAVE BEEN GRANTED A REFUND: you will never get it. They will have you call your bank (if your have filed a dispute) on the hopes if you end the dispute you will receive a refund faster. SORRY-this is done to clear them from any LEGAL REPRECAUTIONS and prevent from you receiving anything back from your credit card company. YES YOU ARE PROTECTED BY CREDIT CARD, only if it's truly a fraudulent charge.

Once you CLEARLY GIVE THEM PERMISSION (YES) to the charge, your chance of getting a refund a slim to none. YES-there is a charge and NO it will not be taken off at the end of the month. This Company will do everything to keep your money, even push the limits of the law. BBB or the ATT'Y GENERAL in your state or the state of GEORGIA will not help you get your money back. They only help resolve issues and not get your money back.

The LOCAL NEWS will not benefit either, think about itHOW CAN THEY. The only thing you can do is check the rescission in your state and hope you haven't passed it. Once you have checked this and if you have filed a disputeDO NOT ALLOW THEM TO STOP THE DISPUTE. They will fight you on getting your refund, but you have to stick to your guns and only follow the instructions of your FINANCIAL INSTUTION in resolving disputes.

Even the letter of cancellation will not get you a refund. They will have a member of their CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT rebuttal you and attempt to have you continue with services. Once you mention the BBB or AG, they will then have a member of the entry level management call you to attempt to do the same. All these tactics are to prevent you from ever receiving a refund. If they succeed with getting you to do 1 Negotiate, your services have been rendered.

The software they use is designed to always show a saving. The word play they use, CLEARLY states the savings is based off their FINANCIAL ANAYLSIS. This is a program you can obtain from any office supply store (COMPUSA, OFFICE DEPOT, even OFFICE DEPOT).
