Mongkhonkon T.paryoon I had ordered 50 betta fish from him... All of them were very sick and 16 of them is dead DOA!! I paid for live Arrival!! But i just want my 16 fish refund!! That is $208! He wouldnt refund them back! I paid for Live arrival for my betta fish. But 16 is dead and i want my money back for the 16 fish! He wouldnt give me back my refund! I had ordered 50 betta fish from this website: superplakat.com. The total was for $585 total+shipping!! I send him moneygram which he only tell me his name and his address. Because moneygram they only need the name, city, and country of where he's from.
I got all the fish but all of them were beat up and they were all sick and 16 of them were rotten and died already DOA!! I email him about this case and he didnt replyed back at all! I probulary emailed him over 10 times!! He thinks he can scamed me! I just want my refund back for the dead 16 fish=$208!! I got pictures to proved it..I had send him pictures of his dead fish too and didnt recieved and comments or replyed back!! The fish was shipped by a liscened Transhipper!!
All I know is that I paid for LIVE ARRIVAL!! WITH GURANTEED ON THE FISH OR MY MONEY BACK!! I was very disapointed in the shippment, this had never happend before!! I just want my money back for the dead fish! I was even being nice not to asked for a full refund because all of his fish was dying on me!!
SO PLEASE HELP ME OUT!! I LOST A LOT OF MONEY TO THIS JERK!! Thank you so much!!
