The worst domain registrar on the face of the planet. Defintely would make a list of "The Worst 50 Companies in the world!"

Do not do business with this company! You will get ripped off one way or another. The customer service is poor and you wait on the phone more than an hour beofre anyone answers. Dont believe me? Call right now and get a stopwatch, and maybe a beer or two, because you will be on hold for a while.

They do not care about the customer at all. Moniker is a scam company, just Google "Moniker scam" and you will see plently of things pop up. Moniker is stealing domains, f'in over customers, shill bidding on their own domains, etc. If you want to backorder domains or bid of domains go to Namejet, or Godaddy auctions. If you are looking for a honest domain registrar try GoDaddy, Network Solutions, or Dynadot. Stay away from Moniker. They are a scam company that does not take responsibility for their own actions.

This company let a bunch of scammers rip them off for domain names with stolen credit cards, then these scammers turned around and sold the domain names to unexpecting buyers such as myself. Then the company locked everyone who bought the domain names, put a bunch of sellers of these domain names accounts in negative thousands of dollars and left a lot of buyers out of thousands of dollars. And let the "scammers" walk away pocketing thousands of dollars.

My best advice is to stay away from this company and NEVER, NEVER buy any domain name registered at Moniker.com, because it may be caught up in their credit card fraud scam, and they will just lock your account and you will lose money.
