Monique Matthews Monique sold me a sick puppy with fake papers San Dimas, California

I bought a puppy from Monique a few days ago.  He is now very sick and in the hospital and Monique has refused all my calls.  She told me her name was Jessica and met me in Corona.  From my own investigating I found out this was an alias and her real name is Monique Matthews.  She has many aliases and there are many reports of her online selling sick puppies.  She is currently selling them in the Corona area.  She does not have a house but will make an excuse and ask to meet you in some parking lot.  She used to work her scam in Arcadia but LA County was building a case against her so now she has begun selling her sick puppies in Corona because that is in Riverside County.  She is a very mentally deranged person.  Please go to facebook and search for "Monique Matthews" and join my campaign against her.  it's also important you contact law enforcement, ASPCA, Humane Societies, and the District Attorney in the city she sold you the dog.  She has been running this puppy scam for years and must be stopped.  The current phone number she is using is 626-524-4056 but I am sure it will change soon.  She is also presumed to be at this address:  xxPortola St, San Dimas, Ca 91733.  Her old address was xx8th St. in Arcadia.  I am building a case against her and you can email me at (((ROR redacted))).
