Monmouth County Courthouse & Probation Division DNA results: not my child, no realitionship but still paying off 11,000 in child support!! Freehold New Jersey

This has been an ongoing case for 3 years now, I got DNA test and proved a child was not mine. The court released any monetary obligations from 1/18/2006. In 2002 I requested 2 DNA tests and was denied by the court, they are still holding me responsible for the child support from 2002-2005 which totals 13,000.00. The state has taken my 3rd income tax check and my credit is ruined. I have been battling with the courts for long enough, no one seems to know what thei are doing in the court system, how can they still make me pay for this child when she isnt mine and we have never had a realitionship? This courthouse is a joke, I have so many issues with them and never get anything resolved, and the last issue I had addressed ended up adding money owed on an account that was closed. This court system is a mess and I currently have three seperate cases that need to be fixed before I can move forward with my life. I have contacted the governor of NJ and the courts almost every other month and end up back at square one. I cannot afford an attorney and have had my fiance doidn all the legal work for me, but our resources are limited. My fiance prepared the appendix and brief against the MCDSS for one case and won..which released me from paying support in the future. This whole thing is a mess and I wish someone at the courthouse could sit down and look through my cases becuase there are so many issues that havent been taken care of but yet the state is quick to take all this money from me and my family to pay back the welfare this childs mother collected...it isnt fair and I dont know what else I can do..can anyone help? This is a long and involved case and I want to sue the courthouse for putting my family through all this and taking over 5,000 that shouldnt of been taken, especially for a child that is not mine.
