On November 25th, I ordered a monogram bracelet and necklace in two separate orders through MonogramHub after having them recommended by Living Social. I purchased the vouchers and went to the website to place the orders. I received confirmation emails for both orders but nothing since then. I have checked the status of my orders daily and they both say "order delayed". I have tried emailing, Facebooking and calling this company but I have yet to get in contact with a live person.
I am beyond frustrated with this process and after reading many reviews from people who had similar situations with no resolutions, I feel that I have been scammed! These are gifts and I'm disappointed that things fell through this way. I either want my money back or I want my items...quality items that I paid for! I am willing to take this as far as I need to to get a resolution! Order numbers: 311573 and 311648
