Monro Muffler Brake and Service Monro Muffler Brake and Service Damage Paint on three of my door handle's Cincinnati, Ohio

I am the owner of a 2000 Dodge Stratus. I went to this Monro location to have my timing belt and water pump replaced. Everything was working fine until I heard a noise coming from the hood it was not that loud and I didn't think anything of it. A couple of days after the work Monro did. I went to a Michel Tires Plus Store to get some estimates to have brake work done on my car. They came up front and asked if I was aware that my timing belt was shredding and I said no, I just had it  replaced. They took me into the shop and showed me the timing belt cover and their were pieces of
 the belt  coming out at the bottom and it was also missing a bolt. I took it back to Monro Muffler Brake and Service and they took it apart and confirmed it was shredding and blamed it on the new tensioner that they installed. Took them about two days to fix.

When I went to pick it up the car was running extremely rough vibration pulsating from the front to the back. Took it back
 three times and they said they fixed it and it was still running rough. Ended up having to take my car to Jeff Wyler Chrysler in Batavia Ohio. It cost me $636.87 to fix the problem. According to the mechanic at Chrysler, Monro over-tightened the tensioner and thats what was causing my car to run rough. Since they fixed that my car runs like it did before Monro touched it. I went back with the paper work from Chrysler and I talked to the Store Manager and his name is Jeff. He said he would go ahead and fax in the paperwork. Then a couple of minutes later he called me back and said he noticed where the paper work also stated that my evaporator core was shot. He offered to fix it instead of sending it in. I went ahead and agreed because I know the evaporator core costs around $1000.00 to replace so I figured I was coming out ahead.

A couple of days later they finished up the work and even dropped of the car at my house because I am down the street next to them. I noticed when I went to go into my car that their was paint missing of my Driver side door handle. When I saw that, I went ahead and looked around the car their was paint missing of the passanager side door handle as well not as big as the driver side door. Their was paint also missing of the passenger side back door handle as well and some blue paint transfer as well. The lifts at Monro are blue as well. I went back to Monro and once again talked to the store manager Jeff he said it looks like it was rubbed off, that all he said they didn't admit anything or deny anything
 either. I went ahead and called Monro Muffler Brake and Serivce Corporate Headquarters at 1-800-876-6676 EXT 3500 for customer service. They refereed me to their claims department. I called and kept on getting a voice mail inbox. When I heard nothing back I called back their customer service department and they gave me a different ext to another person in their claims department. It actually rang but always went to voice mail. When I heard nothing back from them I called corporate yet again to be told they will call back. When I still heard nothing I went and private messaged the
 person running the Monro page at Facebook. Ignored my private message and responding to other customers posting on their wall. I went ahead and posted the pictures of the damage they did to my car and asked for help Monro damaged my car getting the run around from corporate.

Within one hour they responded on the wall saying that they got the message yesterday and that someone from their insurance company will be calling and also left the same message on my phone number. Got a call from Travelers Insurance and they took a statement from me and the agent then forwarded the claim to Travelers Claims Department. They said someone would call me to set up an appointment to look at the damages they did to my car. I am at work on my 15 minute brake get a call on my phone from Travelers Claim agent stating that he was at my house and wanted to know if someone wanted to be their while he was looking at the car. I had to go on my lunch break early and rush home to meet the Travelers Claim agent. When I got their and I said "I would of appreciated if I would have been called in advance." Then the agent smarted off and said "I could just leave and you can make an appointment for later." He went and took pictures and left.

 Got a call yesterday from them saying that they were denying the claim because their was no proof that Monro did any damage to your vehicle  and we think the damage was their for a long time. After that call Monro took my posting and the picture off of their Facebook page. So now I am stuck paying for the repairs out of my pocket which amount to $150.00 to get it fixed at Maaco. This damage was not their when I took it in to Monro that pisses me off.
