Monroe and Main Sent bill by internet and now by mail claiming I owe them for merchandise they sent to a 3rd party. Mormoe, Wisconsin

I first got a bill by internet for what appeared to be clothing items, they are saying I ordered to be sent to a 3rd party.  I had never heard of Monroe and Main or the 3rd party mentioned.  I finally got someone on the phone and told them this was not my bill, they said they would send a form for me to fill out to file a claim.  I told thm it was their mistake and they could take care of it.  I was not going to take any more of my time.  

Now I have a paper statement sent by mail vfor $454.99.  I cannot get a person on the phone.  
They say their call level is very high and to call back.  Never a person on the line.

I see I am not the first person to have false info filed by them.

This is a fraudulent company and should be closed down.  I am going to call the police in Monroe, WI and file a complaint.
