My daughter took a pickup truck in for oil change. It appears they did not refill it with oil. It was parked after the engine was making quite a racket. Then within just a day or so of short drives. There was almost no oil in it, had to have 5 quarts put in the engine in less than two days. No gross oil leaks and that was verified by another mechanic who put in the oil, they saw no leaks and it sat for over 24 hours to make sure. Thay will not refund or rectify this complaint and are attempting to say it must have leaked out, funny it hasn't lost any oil since, it has been over two weeks since replacing oil.

I have also been told they attempted to rip off an 80 year old woman attempting to say she required work she didn't OH yeah and it would cost her lots of $$, it was something simple it cost minimal $$ to repair.
Also noted by my mechanic who is reputable.

Also a number of years ago I needed a hanger for my tail pipe replaced and they attempted to tell me I need a whole exhaust system, Oh most of it was done in the last year previous and was fine. That is why I hadn't gone there. Had I known my daughter was going to take it there I would have told her ABSOLUTELY not because of past experienced practices.

They trump up work and attempt to scam unsupecting customers on a regular basis I would love to see them investigated for fraud and shut down. Time will tell in the meantime don't go there the mechanics according to information printed on the site by an employee he stated they work on commision based on work completed quite an incentive for all of the above.
