First, we ordered 3 toners from them on a buy 2 get one free deal. That was on November 20th. A couple weeks later we hadn't received them so we emailed them (the only way to reach them) and eventually 2 of the 3 were sent, arriving 3 weeks after the order was placed. We informed them that one of the cartridges had not been shipped and after REPEATED emails we still have not received the other cartridge. Eventually they stopped replying to our emails and are now ignoring us. This outfit is a fraud and a scam in my opinion.

I ordered toner from the same place, and it arrived just fine. I'll grant that their customer service isn't top-notch (I repeatedly attempted to contact them to find out when the item would ship with no response), but the item I ordered did arrive today in working order. Monstertoner.com / Supplystore.com is not a scam.
