MONTE DAVID POLLARD GLAD TO KNOW YOU, LLC, FREE FOR NOW, L.L.C. COWARDLY LYING WIFE BEATER LOSES REAL ESTATE LICENSE CHANDLER-MARICOPA COUNTY, Arizona

MONTE DAVID POLLARD is a Cowardly, violent, erratic, hot-tempered batterer, bully and wife beater. Because of this Monte Pollard was stripped of his Real Estate Salesperson license, and was DENIED a Brokers license.  After a long investigation  The State of Arizona Real Estate Commissioner, concluded that Monte David Pollard's Criminal history (Domestic Violence)  demonstrated that Pollard did NOT possess the requisite honesty, truthfulness and good Moral character to have an Arizona Real Estate license, consitent with Arizona Law ARS 32-2153 B (7). The Original denial was based on unlicensed activity and criminal convictions involving Domestic Violence. For nearly 10 years, Monte terrorized his wife, physically, (cracked her ribs, split her lip, spit on her and beat her up). On a July 4th, Monte attacked this woman while she was holding their small child. For this, Monte Pollard was convicted, and sent to Sheriff Joe Arpaio's famous Maricopa Count Jail.

We are heartened by this decision in Arizona to NOT license  repeat violent offenders, such as Monte David Pollard. Monte Pollard IS a "textbook" batterer and abuser. He is  a coward, and afraid of men. Monte Pollard only hits women and kids. Like all bullies, he is a coward. Our coalition feels strongly that NO woman should have to be afraid or  subjected, to  a violent, erratic, hot-tempered  and abusive man  show them a house or property. Recently, however, Pollard struck again. Tragically, two women called on an ad for a rental property in Chandler. The man who answered the phone was  none other than Monte David Pollard. Monte met them at the property, and they got into a dispute. Monte went into a rage, got into his truck, and, accidently, smacked into one of the women, hurting her hip. Pollard then  took off, leaving the scene of the accident! He was later arrested, and taken to jail. The case went to Court, Pollard was found GUILTY and paid a fine. Once more, Pollard's disturbing pattern of violent conduct against WOMEN came to the fore.
