Monterey Mystery Shopping I spent over 4 hours mystery shopping or this company.  Monterey California

I filed the forms and before i submitted the forms for which I was supposed to be pid $60, I called the company and spoke to a customer service agent who told me on the "NO" questions to state in the explanation boxes t state"self-explanatory." I was then told to expound on my "YES" answers which I did . Then I received a notice via email that my "NO" answers needed to be expounded on as well but I had ony 4 hours to do it. I only obtained this email notice 2 hours after the deadline as I was on a different time zone than my home zone and had no one to speak with as it was on the weekend. Well- a follow up phone call on Monday- I was ttold that I wnot being allowed to correct the form and that I ws NOT going to be paid for my efforts! I would NOT recommend having any dealings t all with this company at all! They are a scam- they get you to do the report then they work with their client and screw you our of your money, time gas and efforts! DO NOT DEAL WITH MONTEREY MYSTERY SHOPPERS, THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!

I saw the Monterey Mystery Shopper ad on craigslist.  Shortly after  reading the ad, I was on my first two assignments.  Both assignments were over 30 minutes from my house and were accomplished within the timeline the company desired.  I spoke to the customer service agent on clarification concerning the "NO" responses.  I expounded on the "YES" answers but there was nothing to state additionally to the "NO" answers (i.e.: was your car availble in any speciality colors?), How does one expound on that?  The Monterey agent told me to put in the "explanation boxes" that the "NO" answers were self-explanatory as they were indeed, that.

In just 2 days, my forms were kicked back to me with the denotation the forms had been rejected and I only had 4 hours to complete the forms and return them.  I was out of town and was not connected to the internet where i was... not to mention the fact that I had received the notices AFTER the time expiration.  In short- I had doen the work and Monterey Mystery Shopper was seeking a way to screw me out of the $60 owed to me for the to mystery shoppings.

I DO NOT recommend having any contact with Monterey Mystery Shopping out of Monterey, CA as they will screw you our of your time, your gas, your report and your,money they promise!!!  They are still charing the chilent and they waill get their billings for my wfforts, I just won't get paid!!!!

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE MORE DISHONEST THAN A SNAKE OIL SALESMAN!

They are a very hateful and evil company! Their agent are liars and thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
