CONDO SALES FRAUD !
Cabrillo Palm Apartments in Santa Ana, California were converted to Monterey Villa Condominiums ;
THEY POINT BLANK ARE COVERING UP ISSUES WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISCLOSED DURING THE SALE.
RESIDENCE HAVE FILLED OUT WORK ORDERs TO FIX THESE ISSUES, THEY REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE AND STATE NO ONE HAS COMPLAINED. WHEN 100'S HAVE.
THEY DO NOT WANT TO DISCLOSE THESE ISSUES SO TO CONTINUE TO SELL THESE OVER PRICED CONDO'S
Sale cost over $200,000.00 for a studio.
The water heater is 'shared' and recycled water. It is impossible to take a hot or warm shower in the mornings, evenings and all times during the weekends.
Beacon Property Management ,located 10300 Fourth Street, Suite 260, Rancho Cucamongo, CA 91730 refuses to acknowledge the problems; 909-941-9866.
AND
Monterey Villa Condominiums refuses to acknowledge the problems; 714-558-1919.
Residents have filled out many work orders, called, made several visits with complaints. The office states to each complainer that no one has complained.
Some residents who became very (in their face) angry were told the problem would be fixed only if they signed a 'release'.
These employee's (with Real Estate Licenses) are point blank lying to sell these condo's and getting away with it.
The surrounding apartment communities stated rental residents left Cabrillo Palms Apartments because of Maintenance issues, came to their communities. It is believed they could not keep renters and now converted to Condo's
THE REAL ESTATE BOARD NEEDS TO BE AWARE OF WHAT IS GOING ON HERE. FRAUD !!!
