Montlick and Associatea I was contacting Montlick about a assault that happen to me at St.Francis hospital in columbus georgia and now I have permenant injury in my left side of my hip where the nurse slammed into me the lawyer verbal abused me saying I knew I only had two years and I said I contacted you in 2011 or 2012 but you refused to take my case now i'm left nothing with pain and suffering which I did get morgan and morgan but they dropped it within 6 months of the statue of limitation was about to expire so I'm screwed without a settlement Atlanta Georgia

I was verbally abused by one of montlick and associates attorney. I was only trying to ask if I could still sue St.Francis hospital when I was assaulted by one of their nurses on 11/30/2010. All the attorney did was ye'll at me saying I knew I knew several times that I was injured and I only had two years, well I told the jerk of a attorney I did contact several attorneys including Montlick who refused to take it. So again what am I do here, all he had to do was go back and look where I called but he wanted to abuse me cause he thinks I'm just a stupid woman.
I did hire Morgan and Morgan in late 2011, but they held onto the case with only 6 months left until the statue of limitations ran out 11/30/2012 the reason why Morgan and Morgan withdrew from my case was because the police didn't arrest her. Well why in the hell would they take the case in the first place if that was the cause. Morgan and Morgan should had filed a complain in the court that way the statue of limitations would never expire but they wouldn't even do that. Morgan and Morgan also said if they couldn't reach a settlement they would file legal action against St.Francis. These are crimes being committed against the victims and being victimized even more.
I recently had test done and it shows that I have arthritis in my hip where the nurse slammed into me. I can't even sleep in my bed because I am in so much pain, I have to sleep on the couch. But all I asked the attorney if I could sue even though the statue of limitations had run out with the assault. All I wanted to know was if I can sue for the extreme pain that I'm in with the arthritis he didn't have to be so rude and hostial toward me.
The lawyer could have gone back and see that I called before trying to get a lawyer to sue St.Francis hospital that I was trying to sue them. St.Francis did approve me for physical therapy I only went a few times but they stopped the treatment, making my health problems worse and the pain in my hip area worse. Adding more to the assault is the St.Francis lawyers ignored request from my lawyer to settle well morgan and morgan didn't file a complain in the court, so the statue of limitations wouldn't expire.

If this jerk of a lawyer from Montlick didn't want to help us then why didn't he just say so, then besides being all accusatory saying we knew, we knwe, we knew, over and over. Of course we new and tried to no avail to sue st.francis hospital and st.francis hospital knew to but didn't do anything either stupid lawyer.
We even called them in 2011 but they refused to take the case and their was medical evidence to prove the assault. The other lawyer we had dropped it because they said the nurse wasn't arrested well it had in the police report that their was a injury. Why the hell did they take case in the first place if that was the issue they had it for 6 months and the statue of limitations was set to expire 11/30/2012 it just makes my blood boil!. Morgan and Morgan had plently of time to file a complaint in court where the statue of limitation wouldn't be a issue anymore.
WHY IS EVERYBODY PROTECTING ST.FRANCIS HOSPITAL FROM BEING SUED.
I can see why everyone hates lawyers guts this lawyer from Montlick is a prime example. We tried to sue but got left out in the cold.

According to stacy and the rest of team rebuttal its ok for nurses to assault family members and get away with it. According to team rebuttal its ok for family members to be assaulted and not receive any compensation. Yet montlick and associates win awards being professional. Yet the A****** lawyer from montlick wasn't professional towards us, saying we knew we knew we knew. Yeah we knew and the butt of the lawyer from Montlick and Associates knew we contacted them in 2011 or 2012 but they refused to except the case.
They just had to work a little harder for their 40% but they want the money handed to them on a silver plate. Nobody wants to fight for justice for us because they all are selfish self centured pricks. Well who the hell did this scumbag of a lawyer from montlick to say that we knew we tried the hardest to get a lawyer and we did morgan and morgan, but they kept the case prior to the 6 months the statue of limitations was about to expire. And to accuse us of not doing anything is a pure insult and we contacted them but they refused to take the case.
We didn't get nothing but more heart ace and emotional stress. Nothing but slime ball pigs at montlick and morgan and morgan. I don't have to take being verbally abused by anyone!.
