These jerks have been billing me since November for something I have never used. I remember doing a trial membership thing for a small fee and then getting this weird page that had nothing to do with what I was purchasing. I called and cancelled and was supposed to get a refund. When my husband noticed these charges he thought they were for something else then he asked me and I had no idea. They had changed names on the credit card bill so you get confused. I called and the guy gave me my old email address I have not used since november and asked me for a code that they give when they cancel an account. I told him I did not have it because they do not email them to you(that is odd) why not? Then he said he would cancel it for me(He never gave me a code either) so I proved right then that they are cheats. I called again today and he asked for my code. I told him the guy the other day never gave me one. They said they can not trace IP to the server. How odd, you would think they would want to improve their fraud protection by doing that. I do it with my business. Another odd thing I found is he said we do customer service(in what way?) They cannot give refunds and cannot help you get your money back when whoever they are doing this for rips you off. I am pissed and I am getting them back one way or another. One guy seems to answer the phone and he tells me that they do this for thousands of companies and he wants my credit card number like I am going to give him it so he can join somehting else for me. Now way. They stink and soemthing is wrong and I aim to get to the bottom of it. Look out for me massivemedia...you are done for. Kelly Streamwood, Illinois
