These people contacted us in May 2015, asked us to actually check with better business, sent us filing for business.. They were in operation for 2 yrs. we had contracts, non disclosure agreements, community impact surveys all to the total tune to $12,000 on completion of grant process. We had to pay a retainer fee of $2100 and a fee for the community impact survey. Today we were due our first check......all the phones are cut off, and emails are being returned. They are extremely clever in this elaborate scam. They only got $3500 of a possible $12000 but how many of us did they have hanging?? 100, 200 and if we all payed out $3500 they are making a grand living.

We had the exact same experience. Expected a check September 4th. Phones no longer in service. Website is still active.

I find David Johnson is the registered agent they filed this company on 11/20/2013 Monumental advisors, they also registered platinum analysts inc. on the same day. buyer beware of the names listed.
