Moola4books.com Didn't receive payment for buyback order. I sent book, order was place, I never got paid, and tried to contact the by phone and email several time and received on response. Internet

 I made a buy back order with Moola4books.com back in August of this year (2012). Their website seem to be legit, and it might be, but in my case, I was ripped off.  The site processed a label for free shipping for me to send the book to them, and In the terms state on the site.

I was to recive payment as soon as they received the book and they were check to see what shape they were in. I would be paid within a couple of days. It is November, and I have not received any payment for my buy back order. After several weeks I did get one emial back 9/9/12.

Stating my order had been received. The email stated that he book were in the warehouse, that they would be inspected and another email would let me know when to expect payment. I didn't hear any thing else for several more weeks, so I sent email and called the customer service number on the web site many times only to get a message "Hold on while I try to connect your call" ,which was followed by no one is avaible at this time", Goodbye."

I recently sent another e-mail this month inqiring about my payment, and I have yet to receive a response.  With economy being in such a bad state now, people are trying to make a little extra income and should be able to do so without getting ripped off or scammed out of their property.

There are also so many good legitmate companies. I'm sure everyone work hard for their money, and do not deserve having someone just  take something from them. I was not giving away my books. I was trying to sell them and make some money that I really needed. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. So beware of "Moola4books.com. They Got Me!!!
