our earlier submission detailed our intentions to verify with AEGIS whether MARVIN had ever even submitted our claim...lets be clear on this...MARVIN admitted the damage occured on HIS truck...with his workers at fault...thats not an issue...(probably will be now, though...)and we have verified with Mark at AEGIS that he NEVER RECEIVED ANY CLAIM...Mark at AEGIS INSURANCE says he will be in touch with MOOVERSINC to see why this is...but I'm guessing that MOOVERSINC has a policy of stonewalling customer damage claims to control their costs. this is an abhorrent business practice...never, EVER trust these people with your possessions...unless they have no value to you, because they have no value to MOOVERSINC! What a shoddy way to conduct a service oriented business.
