Morgan & Assoc., they are a collection agency that has hired a Ms. Harris to treat the people that she is trying to collect money from. Mine was a medical Bill. I did owe it but was paying on it.
Ms. Harris, is very rude and unprofessional, when trying to speak to her and make arragements or questions the actions that she and Morgan Assoc. has taken (Garnishments) against you she tells you that she does not have time to listen to you or hangs up on you for asking a question.
Ms. Harris, also will not trasnfer you to one of the Attorney's to speak to, say they will do not want to hear what you have to say too.
This firm also does not care if you have been paying for 2 years on the debt every month they will garnish your wages any way. If you happen to be going thru CCCS ( Credit Consumer Councel Service) was told that she does not care and they do not recongnize them, and hags up on you.
The only way to stop this is the Federal Trade Commission, and your local Attorney General ,Complaints.
