I wanted to try and learn more about my options for debt consolidation because this was completely new to me, as well as a little scary.  A Morgan Drexen rep by the name of "Blaine Dravax" was heartfelt and said all the right things, at first.  However, when I started asking more questions regarding guarantees and if the debt would be taken away "completely," he started getting a little defensive and rude.  When I had continued on, he started telling me I was wasting his time and he could have had 5 other clientelle if he had not wasted his time with answering my questions.  He told me that there was a difference between "skeptical and synical." 

When I finally told him that I wanted to cancel the program, after the 3rd day of our initial conversation (didn't put any money down), he said that I made him sick and he couldn't believe that I wasted his valuable time and that he felt used.  I guess, since he's on commission, I lost him several clients because I had questions and wanted to feel better about what I was getting myself into.  He ended the phone call with telling me that, "He was deleting me from the program and he never wanted to hear from me again."  Then, he hung up on me... In any good, reputable company, the customer always comes first.  I have never been spoken to, the way Blaine spoke to me, from ANY company, in my life. 

When I tried to call back on the main #800-868-1458, to make sure my information was deleted, I didn't type in an ext and it immediately took me back to Blaine's voicemail.  This was VERY suspicious!  His extension is x513. 

I called back and tried dialing a few other extensions and it said, "no such extension."  I finally dialed, "x512" and left a message.  Then called back and got a rep by the name of "Crystal" at x511.  She didn't apologize or say she would contact her supervisor to let him/her know.  Instead, she said that she didn't see my information in the system.  I asked her how I could be sure that my information was deleted...She said that I should be receiving a letter, within a few days, to let me know about the cancellation. 

From the research I've done, this really doesn't sound like a legit company.  Williamson Law Firm is supposed to have an affiliate in Austin, like Blaine said.  However, when I tried to call the number, which is operated out of Kansas, there was an answering machine.  Everything about this company seemed suspicious- from ruining your credit to the horrible customer service.  PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY.
