Morgan Drexen is a very dishonest company. They called with an offer  saying if I have $10000 all I have to do is to pay to them $8000.

They also told me in case I have a court day I will have a representative

They told me I have any questions just call the coordinator and I will have my questions answered

After having those conversations over the phone with them, I decided to enter their program. Apparently they were all

lies.

In January of 2009 when I entered the program I started with a payment of $171 a month. After making payments for 25 months for a total of $4275; one of my creditors had decided to garnish my wages.

Sure enough, I had to go to court in order for that to happen. I called morgan drexen and wanted to speak with the
coordinator to find out if someone will be going to court with me. I was not able to speak with her.  Or they did not let me speak with her.

Neither I had that representative to go to court with me.

After two years worth of those payments they only pay two of my creditors at a total of $700.

And also after arguing with them they sent me a check for $526. So, now the rest of the money they kept it. They told me they are not going to pay my creditors since I canceld the program neither they will return my money to me.

So, they owed me a  total of $3449, because my debt was $10100 not $10500. I am not sure how they make it look like I owed $10500.

So, because of their dishonesty I would like some action to be taken. Please someone help me.

I would like to have all my money back.  And also to shut this business down because they are only there to hurt others. Please someone I am desperatly need someone's attention. Thank you.

Speaking to a client coordinator is completely possible but it requires setting up an appointment (which is usually always within a couple days).  If you want the attorney to accompany you to court, it's also possible but it costs extra (which you agree to in the recording contract).   The fact that you can still be sued is also stated to you in the contract which you agreed.  Don't agree to things you aren't okay with.  The program works for most people but some people enroll with creditors that will not deal with MD (most will deal with them but some wont, usually when its secured debt).  The other main reason it doesn't work for some clients is because they do not send in all the documentation needed to get the accounts in order, including settlement offers sent from creditors to client and original statements.  In that regard I agree that MD doesn't do a good enough job at making sure to contact the client to request documents, but if the client sends them in at the beginning like they are supposed to, then things go much smoother.

I would suggest that you do like I am doing.  I am having the same problem just this year with this company.  I am #1 filing with the Better Business Bureau, #2 Federal Trade Commission, #3 Attorney General will be next.  I am taking the proper steps to make sure I get my money back.  However, to date I have not received it so.
