Morgan J. Landry Cajun Language Course Rip Off Pierre Part Louisianna

I paid for a course that was supposed to be on cd. After I paid for it is when I was told it was not ready to go out and was offered the online version I explained I did not want nor did I pay for the online version, but CDs. I never got what I paid for period. End of story. You were a liar from start to finish and you owe me money

Leah Lonebear makes me out to be a bad guy, however, there is a ton of communication of which I have numerous copies. The software I created was a CD Rom. She did not want that, she wanted something she could play in her car.  I offered her a refund, she wanted what she paid for, I told her what she wanted did not exist and that I was working on it. 

Leah Lonebear insisted on getting what she paid for. I told her I was working on it but did not have the technology availble to create what she wanted. I mailed, what she wanted to the original address given in the purchase, which is what she told me to do, when I checked with her to see if it was the correct address.

SO I did as instructed and mailed her the course. She got what she paid for . It did not take five years. She got more than what she paid for because I mailed the CD ROM plus an audio disk she could play in her vehicle but then it appears she made a complaint with the RIPOFF called RIPOFF REPORT who doesn't bother to check before publishing lies. 

I can prove my end of this, LEAH LONEBEAR , on the other hand , seems to be making countless accusations agasinst me for no reason. Yes, I did fall ill. I did have a bad heart attack that kep me in the hospital for over 30 days but I kept my word and the course was sent to her.

You only wish it was a ficticious report. The bottom line is I paid you for something I did not get and you gave me every sob story in the world but gettin right to it Mr Integrity Man all you had to do is either give me my money or your product to start with. You yourself admitted that it was not ready when you took orders for it. You should have been a man and not only that but a better business man than that.

I See that Leah LoneBear has filed a fictious report on me. The fact of the matter is that the course was mailed to the address she provided. Yes , there was a delay because of Old Technology verus New Technology and it took a while, several months to rectify the problem and get the course where it was usable on multiple devices on the technology that was available at the time. Leah Lonebear played games wanting to be MS. BOSS HOG. I contacted her multiple times to see if the address had changed, I tried informing her that changes had been made to the course where it would be compatible with multiple styles of media and thereby more beneficial to the user. She kept insisting that she wanted exactly what she had paid for and that was shipped to the address she provided, iniatially. I asked if there was an updated address she said to ship it to the address she had included with the purchase. That was done.

When I saw this RipOFF report I contacted her by email and told her that I had sent her course somethere around late 2015. She responded, OH NO, I moved, I don't live there anymore. I can  provide proof of her email response. I can provide proof of mailing the course.

Her RIP OFF report is nothing but a bunch of baloney.
