Morningside Heating & Air BAD Customer Service Atlanta, Georgia

Too bad I found out after the fact-
After having spent $9600.00 on my hard earned money on some Trane equipment through Morningside, you'd think they'd jump at the chance to help me on another problem I was having. But the whole thing about customer service must of went the way of $1.00 gasoline.

Called this morning at 10 and set up an appointment with a service tech to arrive at my house between 11:30-12:00 on a Saturday- not that this was my decision to wait 1.5- 2 hours but the tech said he was busy and that's why it would take him 1.5 to 2 hours to make it to my house. No problem I thought, I can wait. 4 hours later I call to see if he would be here within the next hour as I have some errands to run. I was handed off to a "supervisor" who told me that the 1.5 to 2 hours expectation was an estimation and that anytime you call someone for service, they're never sure of when they'll show up . . . . . then when I asked her for a curtousy call if the tech was going to be 1.5 to 2 hours LATE for the meeting (apparently I was expecting WAY too much from Morningside) she called me belligerent and she said that if I wanted to rant she will just sit there and take it. . . . apparently she was having a bad day and my expectation sent her over the top. If it wasn't for the fact that I had already waited for the tech to show, and it was their equipment that was installed, I would have called someone else.
It, of course, is up to you but my money will be spent elsewhere next time I'm in need of some service.
