this type of scammer is very unusual. Mr Neely . Everything credit card fraud 2 filing fake or false police reports alleging to be the victim of identity theft to avoid paying credit card that he received goods and services for.
he has filed fake report in Chicago and California he wipes his credit report clean. he has also had fake charity organizations established in Chicago and in Los Angeles where he had receive contributions but did not provide any account for the money that was spent. he has filed bankruptcy in the state of Illinois and then reported that as identity theft in order to clean off credit report.
He continues 2 steal money from companies with no intentions on repaying the money because he can just claim fraud and have it taken off the credit report in order to establish new credit.
Beware not to do bbusiness with this person.

I am steve samual neely and I am 25 years old. I am a victim of identity theft and I don't know if this posting is referring to me but the above is my name and according to google there are 255 people name steve neely and thats my dads name also. I did have to file a police report to clear my credit and it was real not fake. This sounds like a pissed off collection agency that made this report but thats ok.
