well i had mediacom cable co. on and off for yrs but since morris broadband cable co has taken over it seems that ever few days the internet is out for some reason are the other. but when you try to contact them either you get put on hold and they never come back to you are when you do reach someone they are very rude with you .And it seem that its the same problem week after week that they keep haveing most of the time and then for about two weeks strait every time i called to report a problem it seemed that there was a problem with there phone system to were you could not even reach them to even report that you were haveing a problem. i mean its been going on for the last few months since they have taken over i have not had internet and sometime cable exspecially internet for hrs and days at times.i mean it seems more and more that the problems with there company keeps getting worse .but they want respond to my calls or anything else and when i go to pay my bill each month well i have not even received a bill from them it seems they say that there are sending me a bill each month but i dont receive one they said i needed to check with my mail person but yet i receive all my other mail just not there bill but if you are late on your payment they fine and charge you for it a lot of strange things have been going on with this company since they took over and i hope others who read this will also respond about the services they have received threw this company thank you all
