Morris Jenkins Plumbing and Heating RIP OFF CHARGES FOR A NEW GARBAGE DISPOSAL Charlotte NC

I am under an annual service contract with Morris Jenkins.   Allowing calls for certain things to be done at no charge.  Like the backed up disposal I had yesterday.  I had a similar call to them a few weeks ago fo a clogged disposal.   So they said the reason this was occurring was because blades and mechanisms were rusted. ( the unit is 3 years old). So, I trusted them.  They brought in a sales book to show me 3 options of a new on.  The one I selected was the middle price ...Insinkerator #750 .  

Their price awe $750 plus tax and installation.... and they pushed that it came with a 9 yr warranty.  While I thought the price exorbitant, I trusted that must be what disposal of quality is now costing.   The more people I mentioned the price of $804.44 to that I paid ( included tax) they all said something is wrong!  So I called various dealers and Insinkerator corporate.... it is a $269.00 item with a manufactures warranty of 9 years!  I called theri superintendent only to get a story that was outrageous! He offered me a 10% credit!

 I canceled all services with them and requested a refund of the annual amount paid.   They are a "sales" company not a 'service" company and for sure one that will rip you off and want you to think they are doing some great kindiness to your life.!   DO NOT USE THEM!
