Everything said is true. He did the same to me, I even took him to Court, he tried to settle (I refused) he lied, brought an attorney. I had papers, pictures & proof but I guess he knew the judge because even with evidence & witnesses I was dismissed & spoken to rudely by the judge. It wasn't his first time either because he said it himself!

I’m waiting for my rip off report to get approved. This man silences people by not listing any businesses online so he can’t just be looked up and/or rated. This man is so much more than a scam. He’s obviously been a con artist for a very long time. He has all these properties in HORRIBLE SHAPE. I do not know for the life of me why HUD is STILL CONTRACTING WITH THIS MAN OR HIS ASSOCIATES. Your report i see is in 2017?
Well it’s 2021 and things have gotten only worse. As everything this person is saying is true. Not to mention other things. He preys on disabled women in particular and puts them in health-risk Enviorments. OTHER PROPERTIES HE OWNS ARE ON 2nd 3rd and 4th st in fort myers florida. I don’t even need to list them all. Just drive down the street and I’m sure you’ll notice which ones are his. That in itself says a lot. I am so sorry you had to go through all of this. As I’m sure it was more than difficult.
He doesn’t respond to any reports you make. Infact, anything you do make a claim about….he ignores. Well Fredy … when your roof starts caving in…when the septic tank BREAKS Bc you refuse to fix it- I won’t report it. I’ll move everything. When the infestation of roaches come back Bc I discontinue MY pest service ( he doesn’t. have one and refuse to hire one)- I won’t report it. When this place literally starts rotting , I’ll be long gone. I hope no one ever tries to rent property from him. Specifically 209 4th street unit A - B- C- and D.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE ARE MULTIPLE REPORTS ON FREDY BEDOYA AND HIM AND HIS "Fam” need to be SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD. He’s putting people in serious health risks not just with rodents/roaches/etc but he tries to tell you that there’s a "clause" on all of the lease agreements. You should all know this is very much ILLEGAL. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO "CLAUSE ON RODENTS AND OTHER DANGERS” this man is a fool who is begging for karma.
