Morrow Park Financial Group, George Gantzis, Michael Marshallden THEY ARE SCAMMERS OUT OF CANADA - ADDRESS USED IS A DENTIST OFFICE/ HOUSE IN RHODE ISLAND Coventry Rhode Island

I was approved for a $40,000.00 loan to purchase family estate land of 10.392, more or less from a family member. I was ask 1st to pay 4 payments up front due to my credit and fax over all information to them, I did. I wired the funds to an individual in Ajax, Ontario, Canada. I called back to Marshallden with a reference #. I was told I would have my loan directly in my checking acount within 24 hours. No show. Mr. Gantzis called & ask for more 4 payments that I was incorrectly informed by Marshallden. I was upset, changed my closing date and the following day I paid it by money gram 4 more payments again and Gantzis faxed in writing a Guarantee of money in 3 hours. No loan funds have been received. I requested refund of my money paid in totaling $3998.50 since they did not release the loan funds to me. No calls are being answered by Gantzis or Marshallden or customer service, I have left messages and no one has returned my calls. A 3rd individual called to get additional money but I refused and ask for a full refund of my money since they did not honor my loan as stated and ripped me off. They have my license info, my bank account info. I lost the purchase of my family estate land due to their delay and not honoring their loan agreement as we entered. I last phoned the company and left a message with Mr. Gantzis for full refund of my money paid in. Nothing yet. I have filed a complain with you, FTC and econsumer.gov. I am a single mother with 2 children and 2 grandchildren one who has a terminal disease called Cystic Fibrosis. I need my money back. They have cost me much grief and taken all my bank funds I had.

The persons cannot be prosecuted in the United States because they do not live here. They are using bogus names!! Don't let this happen to you. You turned to these guys the same reason I did. Its embarrassing and I feel I was abused, and violated as a person. It has literally made me sick.

I have contacted the Better Business Bureau in the United States and outside the Country, Federal Trade Commission, Attorney General in Rhode Island, State Police in Rhode Island and Consumer Complaint.
