Despite numerous requests, this individual refuses to respond to the complaints filed against him.
He operates using all of the names listed in this report and possibly others.
Unlike his aliases suggest, he is a one-man business and has little, if any, capital to invest.
The following link is a complete fabrication of his imagination, since he is the sole "employee" of both PICO and MORTCO and has nowhere near the amount of capital suggested available to invest.

Before doing business with him, insist on having his personal and business financial statements reviewed by a CPA and an attorney, and run a criminal background check on him.
Apparently, he seems to believe that ignoring complaints makes him appear innocent while he continues to do business without regard for those whom he has screwed.
