I contacted mortgagelenders.cc to get information about their company so I can possibly purchase mortgageleads. After a month or two of talking to the Patrick Taylor the salesman and his supervisor Gary, and being promised that I would have many leads to choose from and that they had a large data base of leads in Arizona. They had also told me that the credit card system was down and that I had to pay by wiring the money to them, after alot of hesitation and talking to the "supervisor" I sent them $2,160 for 45 phone verified exclusive leads. My account was set up with in 2 or 3 days. I logged on and found zero leads in Arizona I adjusted my filters to Nevavda and California and saw that there were 2 leads available!!! I called customer service and found that my salesman had lied to me about having many leads to choose from. I demanded a refund immediately and was denied I called for about two months stating that I refused to do business with a company that would lie to me. I was reffered to the legal department and was also denied a refund due to the fact that I logged on to the system with out downloading any leads. They tried to back up their position by sending me a history of leads available to me when I logged on. I finally broke down and downloadleads I sent two of them back because I couldnt get a hold of the person.and was credited for two leads. The leads I did use were completely worthless.

Now there has not been a lead available to me since Aug.2.
When I log on now a dialogue box appears and says that if you click ok you will have to download the leads no matter what investment level. I have paid for 45 exclusive phone verified leads that they can not provide I did not download the leads that were available to me in the begining because they lied to me to get my money all I want is to get my money back for the leads I paid for.

They got me to

AUTHOR: Chris - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 18, 2007

I have the same problem with them as well. I was ripped off of $3500. I am in the process of contacting the FBI as well as the Florida DA. I am willing to file a class action suit with anyone else that wants to join with me.

SAME ISSUES HERE

AUTHOR: Ty - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 06, 2006

Well, this all rings to familiar. I have had the exact same problem with this company. They sold us leads, but have only had 4 avaialble in the last 7 months. Yes, they say that there are leads available. They even send me an email saying leads are avaialble. Unfortunately, when you check the site there are no leads avaialble.

We worked within the refund clause within the contract. We called and sent emails to Mortgage Lenders to try to get our money back. The contract says to wait 90 days, and we did. For the last 3 months since, we have got nothing other than the run around. They have given multiple excuses and now they no longer respond to us at all.

Our company is in Florida to. We are currently in the process of filing suit against them over this issue. We are also filing complaints with the BBB, Florida Attorney General, NAMB, and the FTC. We are seeing this through to the fullest extent. Mortgage Lenders (AKA Steve Blisko) are running a huge scam here. It sounds like there might be enough of us out there to consider a class action lawsuit against them. Just a thought

ANOTHER FAKE "TESTIMONIAL"

AUTHOR: Oliver - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 05, 2005

Well, one thing I will give Blisko and his goons credit for. They are persistent in trying different ways to fool the public. FIrst, it was blasting this website saying this owner is a felon (which he may or may not be, but certainly most of the people that post in it aren't.) Then Blisko himself posts on here, signs his posts "CEO, and claims he's a customer service manager. Now the fake testimonials. Suddenly, after 2 years of complaints with NO CUSTOMER REBUTTALS (which you wont find virtually anywhere else on this website), suddenly this BS pops up. We're not fooled Blisko!

Global Inet Marketing (customer)

AUTHOR: Jeff - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 04, 2005

The company I work for (The Mortgage Specialist, Manchester, NH) purchased 45 phone verified leads for 2,000 USD as a trial from GIM. I worked the deal, and the salesman I talked with expressed to me that 70 leads existed in the Tri-State area. My account was set up in a few days and I was surprised to see that only 15 were in NH and 32 in the other 2 states for a total of 47 leads. 23 less than i was lead to believe. I contacted my GIM salesman about this and was directed to Operations where a young woman explained to me that in the couple of days it took to put the system up some leads were used.

I logged on and downloaded 45 leads, they were then split up between 9 brokers in our office. To date we have 7 closings and 5 pending originating directly from the leads. I have found that the leads offered from GIM, Phone verified exclusive anyways, are no nonsense leads. Although the majority of the leads were thrown out after the first short call, a large percentage were customers that were very receptive and translated into a easy fast refi that benifited everyone involved.

That is why these posts surprise me. I hope you all can come to a fair conclusion. I just wandered into this site and wanted to share my experience.

BLISKO WONT MEET WITH YOU

AUTHOR: Oliver - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, September 29, 2005

He's cowering under his desk like a little b***h. AS far as being a reputable company as the now "Admin", AKA Blisko claims, check the number of complaints they have on this site and at the BBB with the largest lead company out there right now, Eleadz, and you tell me if they're reputable or not. Here's the scorecard; GLOBAL INET:102 ELEADZ:7 Yes, 7! So dont give us that s**t that you're a reputable company. If you dont like people cursing at you and harassing you, stop ripping them off. And all of you who look for internet leads (which should only be a secondary source of marketing anyway), take a look at Eleadz, who by the way,WILL refund your money if they cant deliver. Stay away from thieves like Blisko!

MEET WITH ME BLISKO!!!!

AUTHOR: Chad - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 28, 2005

I for one had made zero threats and have been as polite as can be considering I am out for over $2,000. I would welcome the oppurtunity to have a one on one with Mr. Blisko.I cant even talk to the salesman who lied to me to begin with. or his supervisor I try to talk to the "legal department" and they only do e-mail.

I am in this business to make money that is what I bought these "leads" for. I never could have immagined that I would be going through this nonsence. I would be more than happy to have these supposive quality leads made available to me. They can not provide to me what the origional salesman had prommised me. and they refuse to refund my money.I would have rather donated the money to a much worthier cause.
And I have mailed several un answered e-mails to blisko.the first time I did it I got a response stating that it will do me no good to try to talk to the CEO of the company because thye decision is final. If I was a CEO of a reputable company I would give the refunds because a reputable company that is providing a genuine service should have a continuous client base to be able to cover refunds for really unsatisfied customers. It seems to me that instead of buying more leads your customers are filing complaints on websites like this one and with the BBB.

MY REFUND PLEASE. OR AT LEAST HAVE THE NERVE TO MEET WITH ME BLISKO.

lets try this again

AUTHOR: Tom - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 28, 2005

my name is tom. I am a state licenced broker in Ohio. I posted a reply quite candidly before with some pretty basic concerns that were more than fair questions.

The use of foul language aside -sorry if i offened but we are all adults here.

again -saying 'i dunno why he wont take the plentifull good leads we have availiable' is still dubious.

no explanation?

so what you are saying is the original author is strictly unable to get the leads or sell them or a combination of both. he is akin to some kind of imbecile.

without any evidence to substantiate this -lets assume all parties concerned here are adults and of equal intellect.

why is it then that if your customer complains he cant get leads -you just refund his money.

instead you slam the door in his face and say no way -hence calling him either a liar or stunned or both.

no way? no refund? I dont conduct business this way. unless you have some proof to back up your claim, give him the benefit of the doubt and just refund his money.

it seems reasonable to me if the fellow was getting leads and funding them -he wouldnt bite the hand that feeds him.

saying 'i dont know why he would do that' is not an answer. do you have some kind of independant evidence that he is doing just that?

if so lets hear it.

if not -give the guy his money back once and for all - ok?

#8 UPDATE Employee

The facts are provable as stated

AUTHOR: Admin - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 28, 2005

For the record, Mr. Blisko would not lower himself by responding to this nonsense. The company has dozens of employees. If anyone doubts that there are many ways to check.

Lastly we cannot explain why an Broker or LO would not take leads they paid for. The control and choice is theirs alone. The system logs every type of activity. All logs are time stamped and dated and admissible in court.

Every lead for b & c clients as Mr. Novak and Mr. Chamberlain were in the system has been telephone verified and recorded with the consumer's permission. All audio files are archived.

If you want to contact Mr. Blisko you are more than welcome to do so. I would advise being as cordial as possible as it is unlikely he will engage if you use foul language and threats.

Lastly, we have over thousands clients in all 50 states. Of 104 complaints (less than .08% of our base) 102 are "resolved". The company has been in business for 12 years. Not indicative of a dishonest company.

We would encourage anyone who wishes to see or discuss the facts of this or any other case to contact us directly.

As for the question of refunds. The company issues refunds when a client's account cannot be fulfilled with the time limits provided by the agreement. Most competitor sites have either "0" refund policy or will issue a credit as do we.

That's exactly what he is. A p***k. And too much of a b***h to come out and identify himself as the clown he really is..In case you didnt read the other 1000 complaints, his name is STEVE BLISKO. You're on quite a roll Blisko. You have complaints from Pennsylvania, Ohio, Arizona, California, Washington, Alabama, Arkansas, Wisconsin, and throughout your own state of Florida, and that's just on this website. No wonder you duck and hide like a little b***h. You've ripped off a lot of people.

explain it to us

AUTHOR: Tom - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, September 10, 2005

dear employee of 'lead company'

as a state licenced mortgage broker in ohio - i myself am curious to the statement that you claim the original author 'didnt choose to pick leads' when they were availiable?

maybe you can explain your dubious assertation to us all considering:

mortgage professionals make thousands of dollars off each deal that funds.

we work generally on strictly commission.

so -you state for the record that the original author CHOSE not to get leads and make money?

he apparently let them sit there and rot - but now complains?

how reasonable is that???? doenst it stand to reason he would be CHAFFING AT THE BIT to get any lead possible to make money????????

you want us to believe he willfully didnt get leads availiable to him -why?

it stands to be way more reasonable that YOU DIDNT PROVIDE any leads -or the leads you did provide were CRAP and not really leads

GIVE THE GUY HIS MONEY BACK -you p***k.

why not?

AUTHOR: Chad - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, September 09, 2005

Mr. Blisko, why would you run your company like this?If you would change your format and offer a legitimate service you wouldnt have to be defending your company on rip off report. There are several reports just on this site alone with the exact same complaint. A mortgage professional can not effectively run their business with a lead generation system that deliveres 1 or 2 leads every other week. And furthermore once I had discovered that I was lied to by your sales department "Patrick Taylor" I had no interest in dealing with your company.I have downloaded a few of your leads because I figured that is the only way I could possibly get my money back. But you now have a format that wants you to accept any lead phone verified or not, no matter what the investment level. I even paid extra for the exclusive leads.
Mr.Blisko all that I am asking is for a refund of the remaining money for the leads that I have not downloaded $1,920.00.

THIS GUY IS A LIAR AND COWARD THAT WONT IDENTIFY HIMSELF

AUTHOR: Oliver - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, September 09, 2005

First off, I want everyone to read this clown's response and I, again, will let his own words bury him:

1)This report says there were 95 leads available for download. Keep in mind, I signed up for this service in APRIL, so it would have taken almost 6 months to get the leads I ordered even if the was legitimate. Also, what he's not telling you is that most of these "available" leads are duplicates, so we're probably only talking half of that 95 number.
2)"Mr. Mysterious" claims that I never returned a lead. What he's not telling you is that my complaints started because a) I didnt receive a single lead for two weeks, despite their claims of having hundreds of leads available daily, which made me realize this company was a fraud and demanded a refund, b)I only took those couple of leads because I wanted to have evidence of the horrendous product they put out (Everyone I spoke to said they hadnt placed a mortgage app in at least 6-8 MONTHS)!
3)I never threatened anyone with violence. I have threatened (and will continue to) to do everything in my power to expose these assholes and put them out of business. The "woman" he's referring to is STACY DOUGLAS (anyone on here been ripped off by her?) And yes, I've used plenty of profanity. Getting ripped off for $1350 hard earned dollars will make a person do that.
4)"Mr. Mysterious claims he spoke to a Detective XXXXX who was in PA, which was a lie because my research says he is in Jacksonville. I told this guy over email (since he wont identify himself) that I welcome any calls from law enforecment regarding my dispute with him. Any any of the many of you who have been ripped up by this guy, feel free to contact the St. Johns Sheriff Department and let them know your own experiences. Can you imagine a crook calling the cops on his victim? How stupid can you be?

Oh, one more thing, "Mr. Mysterious" is STEVE BLISKO, and to his victims, he is also known as "Admin", "Legal", "Acoounting", and "Human Resources"

Blisko, stop lying to people and ripping them off and you dont have to worry about filing complaints about people calling you names! Have a nice day!

Completely False Statement - Read Facts Below!

AUTHOR: Ceo - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, September 08, 2005

Both Mr. Novak and Mr. Chamberlain have stated completely false claims. I am an employee in the operations department. The facts of Mr. Novak's account show below. There were 79 leads available which he chose not to take.

Secondly, the Admin and Legal departments are more than real and the CEO does not handle foul mouth comments like Mr. Chamberlain.

Lastly Mr. Chamberlain is being investigated by both the Florida Sheriffs office and Pennsylvania police department where he lives and his account stats are below as well. Mr. Chamberlain never returned a single lead nor took the leads that the system made available. He has threatened women with violence and foul language and complaints have been filed with the NAMB and Banking commissions of both Florida and Pennsylvania.

ARIZONA NOW REPRESENTED ON VICTIMS LIST!

AUTHOR: Oliver - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 06, 2005

Sir,

These idiots make a living by ripping off mortgage brokers like us. I, like hundreds of others nationwide, have been ripped off by these assholes. Also, don't be fooled by their "Admin" and "Legal Department". It's all the same guy, the owner of this outfit, STEVE BLISKO. The best advice I can give to you is in the future, check out a company's background before sending them youre money. Had I have read their BBB report (82 complaints in the last year alone!), I wouldnt have gotten ripped off myself. In the meantime, let your feelings be known to the BBB, the Attorney General in the State of Florida, and even the District Attorney in their area. I'm sure these people have seen enough complaints to eventually decide to prosecute this Blisko coward. You may never get your money back, but you'll at least make yourself heard and make them one step closer to jail where they belong. Good luck!
