Thank you for taking the time to read a rebuttal.  I was just made aware of a report on myself and New Hope Solutions filed on 09-22-09.  I regret "Charles'" comments, do not know who he is, nor recall a conversation that would lead to such allocations.  Most importantly, the allegations of "many" complaints against her and "several loop holes allowing them to withdraw your funds whenever they see fit" are simply untrue.  If you personally research ANY of the two complaints against Stacey Mathes, you will find the two complaints and detailed rebuttals for both complaints.  The complaints were from two clients (one IL, one NJ) that both had personal reasons for expressing complaints and you can read the rebuttals that I feel confident will help YOU as a researching and intelligent person better understand the falsehoods that the internet can bring about. 

The current allegation of "several loop holes / regarding monies put into YOUR escrow account" are simply unfounded.  By Illinois law, and contractual escrow agreement signed by each client, funds are put into escrow with clients having full information of the bank, address, phone, account etc.....of the escrow fund.  The funds CAN NOT and HAVE NEVER been disbursed without a FULL modification being executed by the client and their lender.

It is regretful that people do not find all of the facts and I hope you feel comfortable calling us any time with any questions.  Regarding our website, we have done 90% of our business by satisfied word of mouth and do not feel it necessary to have an expensive website to help new and happy clients. 

Loan Modification companies can be very scary and not an easy accomplishment.  Hiring an attorney is never a bad idea and why our company is attorney backed.  Contacting your bank directly is also always an option we suggest to our clients, but most of our clients have already done that and been denied or been through such a maze of confusion that they count on us to help them find a manageable result for them with our hours of persistence and assistance.
