Mortgage Service Center and I go way back from November 2015 when I applied for refinance my mortgage due to my limited income because I am on social security disability.  Commuciations was so terrible between me and the company.

I had to resend every copy they request, over and over again because the application was incomplete.

I am deaf, and every time I call the Mortgage Service Center, they would give me a hard time requesting to speak with me directly when I cant because I am deaf. I rely on voice relay service. I had to repeat to them to prove who I was before Mortgage Service Center finally accept me to take my call. They wanted me to use the tty which ttys are almost exinct. I donot have a tty and I told them if they really want to know who I am, how would they know if it was really me if I was to use the tty? And to use SVRS, still how would they know its really me the customer trying to request for help, but I get kicked in the butt. Most deaf people use SVRS, Sorenson Video Relay Service, which the sign language interpreter would take my msg and they voice relay to the other caller which is the representatives of Century 21/Mortgage Service Center/PHH Mortgage.

Since November 15, 2015, I sent out my application, never heard from them, they never called me to ask questions about the application. Like being a caring company for their clients, hell no..I finally get a letter by January 2016, stating the application was incomplete and had to do it all over again.

Communicating with them was unreal, I get a letter that they changed case managers to another case manager, every week or other week, or a month, I get a letter stating they changed from a case manager to another case manager. After 12 or more different case managers, I did not know who to talk to at all to clarify everything with my application.

After finally getting the application cleared away for refinancing, I got turned after 5 or 6 months of waiting.

I had my mortgage refinanced almost 5 yrs ago, and this August, my mortgage will go up to 5% and my Social Security income, I will be about 100.00 in the hole because I have a high electric to pay due to hot extreme weather here in Florida.

I am still struggling to find part time work and cannot find one. If I do not find part time work by August, I may loose my home. I owe more what its worth. I bought this little house for high price and did not know at that time, housing economy was in crisis. I was not aware of it.

I owe 89,443.71 on this little 920 sq foot home and the value of this home is not even 40,000.00.

When I bought this house, Century 21 refused to give me a 100% loan, they gave me 80%/20%loan which means I had 2 loans. I was petrified. Months after struggling, Century 21 never notified me that the 20% loan was sold to another unknown company which I do not remember what company it was. I was making 2 payments, and one day, I had lack of income and could not make that 2nd mortgage payment, when I called this number (dont have the information on hand, got it filed somewhere), the number was not existed. 

In 2009, I was in debt, so I had to go file bankruptcy to clear up my budget. Come to find out that the 20% loan was never posted or recorded as a 2nd mortgage, it was still on my credit report as "unknown", so I had the chance to file bankruptcy to clear the 20% loan off my credit report. That did save me $200.00 a month. The unknown company was taking my $200.00 a month, but who really took my money during the 3 yr period from 2006 to 2009. Where did my $200.00 a month go?

In 2009, I finally was able to get my loan modified, I thought it was going to be 30 yr loan with low payment, come to find out it was a adjustable mortgage from 1% first yr to 5% the fifth yr, and this yr is the 5 yr 5%, my mortgage will be 735.00 or more and my monthly income is 1159.00 a month. I have electric, cable, phone for text only, groceries, I am a diabetic, gas, medications, drs bills. After paying all my bills, either I will have 20.00 left to spare or I may get 100.00 in the hole very very soon.
