period, Your disabled and can't afford a measly $3500 and wonder why your being foreclosed on? Maybe because don't qualify for a loan and can't buy a house. 12 PERCENT TO 6 PERCENT FOR THE LIFE OF THE LOAN, Thats pathetic, you could do better with a credit card.

COMPLETELY NOT A RIP OFF! My family and I were in foreclosure and had a sale date of July 25th 2008. By that following Monday they had my $3,500 in late payments deferred to the back of my loan and had my interest rate lowered from a 12% adj to 7.7 Fixed for the life of the loan. I am disabled and on a fix income and still had the mortgage company work with me. And to say you did not receive a refund is a typical complaint that all businesses deal with. This company saves homes from foreclosure especially in a time like this when its needed. Seriously now tighten up.
