This company represented themselves well and slick but have never followed through with anything. You get nothing but the run around from them! Their Attorney Fasel left them and they still have yet to refund any money, probably because they have no money left. They were supposed to be working on my loan modification and my friends and nothing ever happened. My friend house was sold from under them and the never did anything to stop it. they charge $2995 UPFORNT, which we now know is illegal. They have tried to go back to their old business Pacific Western Real Estate but they are just trying to get out of dodge and put lipstick on a pig. they have another location in Rancho Cucamonga.
I would dodge them at all cost. I even think there is a class action suit coming down the pike. Antoinette aka Tammy Holquin or something like that is the owner, and Mosley comes from her husbands name (((REDACTED)))Mosley. Its all wrong and they are frauds! Stay away form them because they have hurt many folks who needed their help.
