Mosquitocontrol.ca Online ripoff. Company takes your money and doesn't ship anything. Can't confirm that they are legimitate. Mississauga Ontario

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are clearly fraudulent and seem to make a habit of taking people's money without actually providing any product in return.

I ordered a canopy replacement and was provided with only minimal communication regarding a delay. From that point on I spoke with them regularly and was given conflicting information by the same person every week for a couple of months.

When I finally asked to cancel my order and have it refunded I was told it would take 5 to 7 business days. When that timeframe passed I inquired again and was informed that they had a large volume of returns to process and it could take several weeks. If I wanted my returns processed faster I was told I could file a complaint with Paypal.

The person on the phone indicated that Paypal has all their funds on hold. I asked if they were a legitimate business and was told that it wasn't my concern and they would not discuss their personal situation.

I've filed a complaint with my credit card company and indicated that I never received the product which is what I would recommend anyone do. You do not have to get taken by this company if you didn't receive your merchandise and it doesn't matter how long it has been.

The voicemail messages for the company seem to change weekly and while they indicate that there are teams in Sales, Customer Service, Shipping and Finance, I've only every spoken to 2 people who transfer you back and forth and indicate that they are someone else. I've also often heard children in the background.

If anyone else if having trouble I would recommend that you keep calling as they will eventually pick up if you continue to call back. I've been able to collect the following numbers over the past few months. Be warned though... They won't offer you any real assistance and anything they tell you is likely just intended to get you off the phone. To be honest I think they only answer so they can take more orders.

416-238-7400 - "Sales" - Most frequently they answer this one but you may have to call 10 or 20 times in a row.

416-855-2400 - "Customer Service" - I've never gotten an answer but the voicemail changes regularly. It is often full but if you keep trying you can leave a message and they have quoted my voicemessage back to me in the past so I know they get them.

416-206-5612 - Seems to be their personal phone number, sound like it may be the home line since it just says thanks for calling, please leave a message and makes no mention of the company.

All emails are useless. They get the messages but will never respond.

Good luck to anyone else who has been ripped off by this company.
