I purchased mortgage leads from this company and they promised that their leads were all generated through online submissions. We were assured of this many many times. During the mid point of our campaign, we encountered several individuals who specificly stated that they never went online and filled anything out.
We talked to SUSAN AND JOHN about this and they reassured us that the leads were all generated online. A few days later, we encountered more people who were upset that we called. We talked to them about the leads and they said that they never went online as well. What had happened was that someone from CHOICE called them two days prior to the day we spoke to the home owner and told her that we would be contacting her.
We contact SUSAN and she bullshits us into saying they have "phone verified leads", which are also telemarketed leads. We then contact JOHN, but he at this point still stands by his story and says the leads are 100% generated online. They don't have their stories straight and it is obvious that they bullshit their way to telling brokers that their leads come from the internet.
BOTTOM LINE: We did not know anything about "phone verified leads" prior to signing the contract. We didn't know they existed until we encountered some angry borrowers.
THEY BREACHED OUR CONTRACT AND LIED TO US. WE DEMANDED FULL REFUND, BUT THEY ARE TOO LAME TO EVEN GIVE US $2,000.
I never asked for your stupid phone verified leads with borrowers NOT EVEN LOOKING TO REFINANCE and who just came out of a foreclosure. THAT IS NOT A LEAD. THAT IS NOTHING BUT A TELEMARKETER who probably told this homeowner that he can lower her rates.

As the Operations Manager of MostChoice (and an employee of over 4 years) I would like to answer the claims made by a past client with regards to our lead quality, and specifically those leads that are call verified.
The leads that MostChoice provides are initiated by consumers via the web, we do not spam, use pop-ups or affiliate sites; we want consumers who are actively searching to speak with a professional about their insurance and/or mortgage needs.
This past client claimed that because MostChoice.com calls some of our leads to verify the consumers contact information and interest that these leads are not initiated by consumers via the web. This simply is not true. He likened call verified inbound leads to tele-martketed leads that our company cold called and then sold as consumer initiated leads. That was not the case, it never has been the case, and it is not the case presently. When MostChoice.com calls a lead, the lead was still initiated by a comsumer via the web.
Leads are leads and not sales. They are a way for a professional to introduce themselves to potential clients. Not every client will be in a perfect financial situation for a specific product. The intention of a call verified lead is to verify that the information is correct and that the client is looking to speak with someone.
Unfortunately we can not satisfy every agent who signs up with us, but we do have many, many happy agents who have been with us for years, and who continue to receive leads. We never like to hear from agents who have had bad experiences, and we strive each and every day to satisfy all of our clients to the fullest extent.
